We are also debuting our new West Coast Pale Ale “Pocket Gouda 6.2% abv ! Filled with all American Hops featuring Crosby Estate Comet, Strata CGX, Simcoe, Citra, & Azacca.

The name for this beer is an inside joke between our brewing team. While they were on their hop selection trip with Yakima Chief in Washington, Ross went to a cheese shop and got high quality Gouda and kept it in his pocket as a snack. Now it’s an inside joke or and the name of our new West Coast Pale Ale!

Pocket Gouda is bursting with pine, citrus and dank herbal aromas and flavors, has a balanced bitterness and finishes dry and clean.

Come through this weekend and fill your steins up for the last time as Oktoberfest is coming to an end!
