New beer on draft today!🍺 Big Greg - Hazy TIPA brewed w/ Mosaic, Strata, and Citra - 9.9% This hazy TIPA is bursting with ripe mango juice, orange and grapefruit citrus, and a medley of passionfruit and pineapple. The body and mouthfeel are both full and pillowy soft, without out being overly big and syrupy. The sweetness is reigned in and very well balanced. We used mosaic dynaboost in the whirlpool and mosaic hyperboost in the dry hop. Those are both concentrated, true to variety, liquid hop products meant to increase yield and bolster hop flavor and aromas! #roughtail #roughtailbrewingco #newbeer #itsanipakindaday #tipa
