“The Beetbox is owned and operated by two young ambitious entrepreneurs that want to change the trajectory of how vegan food is viewed. Our names and Randon Moore (24) and Gwyneth Yvonne (22). We take pride in being a black and female-owned business while also being an inspiration for the younger generation. We both love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, creating delicious vegan cuisine. We challenge ourselves to make vegan food better than its nonvegan counterparts. We aim to change cattle country one vegan meal at a time.”
